Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. It will include your order number and the estimated time of delivery.

Unfortunately, you cannot add new products to the order after the order is placed, but you can always place a new order for the desired products.

6. How can I track my order?

You will receive a mail with shipment details once your order is dispatched. It will include the shipment number/AWB and the courier company's name. You can track your order at their website, or you can also write to us at care@ricekraft.com.

7. How long does it take for the order to arrive?Β 
We ship the products within 2 working days of receiving the order. You can expect your shipment to arrive within 3-7 working days of placing the order. Please expect additional time for remote areas and unexpected weather conditions.
